Service Completion: If the consultation or any real estate-related service (e.g., mentorship, property analysis, fix-and-flip advisory) has been completed, the service will be deemed delivered, and no refund will be provided.

2. Fees and Payments

Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations will be agreed upon at the start of the engagement. Any fees for subsequent consultations or services will be discussed and confirmed before further engagement.
Retainers: Retainer fees may be required to secure consulting services, particularly for ongoing projects or larger engagements. These fees are refundable if no services have been performed (see Section 4 on Refunds).
